For over four decades, Michael Evans has dedicated his career to building businesses, relationships, and opportunities in the insurance industry. A graduate of the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University, Michael began his career in 1985 and quickly rose to become a leading producer and partner at his firm. His passion for helping clients and growing organizations led him to play a key role in the national expansion of Summit Global Partners, where he helped drive growth to over $500 million in written premium.

In 1999, inspired by the opportunity to create something of his own, Michael founded Pinnacle Insurance Solutions. From the very beginning, his vision was clear: build a client-first organization that delivers exceptional service and trusted guidance. Under his leadership, Pinnacle has grown into a respected regional and national brokerage, representing a wide range of industries and businesses across the country. In recent years, Michael has continued to expand Pinnacle’s reach, successfully acquiring multiple companies between 2021 and 2024, and positioning the firm for continued growth.

Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond insurance. He is a limited partner in Metropolitan Partners LLC, a private equity firm specializing in mezzanine lending, and a partner in Allstate Sprinkler LLC, the largest non-union fire suppression company in New York City. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Enterprise Bank and has been featured in Forbes and Self magazines.

Above all, Michael is a family man at heart. He finds his greatest joy in spending time with family, staying active through sports and fitness, and coaching others — whether on the field or in business — to reach their full potential.
