Alan Geisenheimer founded the Agency in 1972 following seven years with New York Life. Despite minimal advertising, the Agency has experienced consistent annual growth for over three decades—sometimes reaching as high as 20%. This success is largely driven by client and professional referrals.

Most impressive of all, the Agency regularly boasts an enviable 95% client renewal rate that Mr. Geisenheimer attributes to the Agency’s superior staff and resulting service. More nimble than its larger competitors, Geisenheimer focuses on commercial and residential real estate accounts, as well as manufacturers, financial services, health care, wholesalers and importers. Clients have come to expect a level attention they would never get from big agencies. Looking for an insurance foothold in the northeast, Pinnacle Insurance Solutions LLC acquired Geisenheimer’s asset in 2024; one of the company’s major acquisitions on the east coast. Although almost 90% of the agency’s policies are commercial including a unique niche in the real estate insurance market, there is a strong presence in the owners segment.

The agency’s talented underwriting staff, self contained claim staff and support staff has continually operated for over 20 years. The agency serves its client base in 38 states, Canada, Asia, South America, Caribbean, Australia and Europe.
